Recover Keys / Serial Numbers
The registered versions of X-Camera and X-KeyPad use license keys (serial numbers) to unlock the advanced features. If you purchased these products from the Stick and Rudder Studios website you would have received an email with the key. If you lost your key use the Contact Us form to reach us and we will look up your order and send you the key. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your request.
If you ordered X-Camera or X-KeyPad from the X-Plane org store you simply need to login into your org store account and go to that order. The serial number (key) will be displayed on the order.
Downloading Purchased Products
The full clip collections for X-ATC-Chatter and FS-ATC-Chatter are accessed via the Gumroad receipt that was emailed to you if you purchased the product on the Stick and Rudder Studios website. If you had created a Gumroad account at the time you checked out you can login here and access your purchase. If you misplaced your Gumroad reciept you can obtain a duplicate here: https://gumroad.com/charge . If you are still having difficulties obtaining a duplicate receipt use the Contact Us form and we will look up your order and send a duplicate receipt. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your request.
If you purchased X-ATC-Chatter from the X-Plane org store or FS-ATC-Chatter from Sim Market, FlightSim.com, or FlightSim.to, you simply need to log into your accounts on those stores and go to your order. You will then be able to download the product again.
